Get fit for life!

Getting fit isn't just about losing weight to get down into a smaller size and look good again. That's a great short term benefit that many are after, but it isn't what it's all about. And focusing on only that aspect is what keeps most from succeeding.

The primary purpose for getting fit is about living a healthier life and feeling good. It's about being fit to be able to do the things you want to do in life without the limitations of being out of shape. There's more to it than just how you look.

If you focus on the long term benefits of getting fit through regular exercise and proper food control and do it for life, the short term will come. You'll get both.

But if you focus only on the short term, chances are you won't get either. When people focus on the short term too much, they get disappointed and give up when they don't see enough success quick enough, because they're not looking at things long term.

So... don't give up ... do it for life ... make that commitment now and don't quit. It will be worth it!
